Branded Italian concept brasserie is currently recruiting for several Sous Chefs for their new sites soon to open in Central, North & SouthLondon. This is a fantastic challenge for an existing Sous Chef who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong & happy personality. You will be motivated by quality food and happy customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong man-management skills, have the ability and past industry experience to lead a team of up to 10 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving modern Italian food. All of this companies 16 restaurants are 7-day operations, open from 7am til 11pm. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company coupled with a competitive salary.
