Chef de Partie

This famous group of branded brasserie's isseekingto recruit a Chef de Partie for several of its new sites soon to open in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie who wants to take their next step up in their career. You will have drive and ambition to succeed and above all have a strong, happy personality & and an ability to motivate your team.

The ideal candidate will have strong team building skills, have the ability and past industry experience to work alongside a brigade of 10 chefs, running a very busy kitchen serving modern Italian food. All of this companies 16 restaurants are 7-day operations. There is ample opportunity within this rapidly expanding company to develope your career, coupled with a competitive salary and a friendly team.
