The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have worked in a fast paced and dedicated team within a fine dining kitchen environment. You will have a passion to work with good quality ingredients and be motivated to climb your way up the career ladder. There is plenty of on the job training given when needed and you will definitely be a strong team player as you will be working in a brigade of 5 Pastry chefs. The food is modern british and described by most as simple but well executed.
