Financial Accountant - £25 per hour

Large, high profile charitable organisation based in Central/South London has an urgent opportunity for a technically strong financial accountant to join the Financial Accounting department.

The role will be 2 fold in that you will be:

Preparing the financial accounts on all investments made (worth approximately £50 million;
Accounting for the two main subsidiaries;
Producing the VAT returns and providing tax advice where necessary.
Preparing year end accounts – December 31st
Supervising one Finance Assistant

Overall, your role will be to ensure that the management accounting function is complying to company and reporting standards and meeting relevant targets and deadlines.
