Our client is a luxury 5* hotel soon to open in Central London.
This new five-star hotel oozes flamboyant sophistication. They have 116 rooms & Suites, 3 restaurants, a bar, a private cinema and banqueting for up to 160 theartre style. Included in the 3 restaurants is a fine ding restaurant which is run by a well known chef.
Your role will involve the preparation and implementation of menus and specialty dishes for all outlets, to provide permanent control of food technology, maintaining standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation and decoration. To organize and manage the daily kitchen operation, prepare budgets, verify payrolls, dish costs and organize food storage.
