In the role of Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 pastry chefs and 2 bakers. You will have past experience running a similar size team and be capable of training when required.

Applicants for this role will have a solid background in5* hotels and be a head pastry chef or Pastry Senior Sous at present.
