Pastry Commis Chef Alert!!!
Excellent opportunity to work for one of London's top 5* boutique Hotels as a Pastry Commis Chef. This Hotel has a reputation for excellence of the highest standards and is looking for an ambitious Pastry Commis Chef to join this already strong kitchen brigade.
There are 8 chefs in total in this air-conditioned hotel pastry kitchen. The section supplies pastries for the entire hotel, catering for banquets, conferences, weddings, 2 restaurants, room-service and an afternoon tea lounge.
All applicants will have at least 6 months experience working within a Hotel or Restaurant London pastry kitchen. They will have a good kitchen manner and have a willingness to learn. You will have the ability to work in a busy & pressurised environment working approximately 8 hours a day, 5 days out of 7. In return for your hard work the Hotel offers a competitive salary set on a 40-hour week, after which you will be paid overtime for any extra hours.
