Our client is a Exclusive restaurant and high profile bar based in Central London. They are looking for a Head Chef to run their award winning kitchen. The most suitable candidate will have a background in Michelin or award winning cooking.
This 75 cover restaurant oozes flamboyant sophistication. They have a brand new kitchen with every gadget you could ever dream of having. The brigade consists of 25 chefs; the restaurant is open for 5 lunches and 6 dinners and is currently serving mix of eclectic dishes.
Your role will involve the preparation and implementation of menus and specialty dishes, to provide permanent control of food technology, maintaining standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation and creativity. To organize and manage the daily kitchen operation, prepare budgets, verify payrolls, dish costs and organize food storage.
In return for your expertise you will receive a 1st class pay structure and salary package.
