Assistant Restaurant Manager

This national trendy restaurant group are in search of an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven background within a high volume restaurant operation, who is able to perform under pressure whilst at the same time providing a good standard of service and restaurant management.

The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a hands on approach, you will be a strong energetic leader committed to the development of your restaurant team. Combining a sense of fun, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales whilst managing the restaurant spend, you will have the confidence and experience to take this established restaurant to its full potential.

You will be responsible for running the restaurant in its entirety backed up by full support across all functions by the GM. In this role you will be expected to be responsible for a team of 25 staff, leading and developing your team as well as planning and controlling your own P&L accounts. You will have strong financial acumen and be aware of common legal legislation.
