Trendy London restaurant located in the square mile (City), is currently recruiting a professional Head Waiter who has a strong award winning background and has worked in some of London’s top restaurants. You will have a strong wine knowledge and an eye for detail and above all you will be able to manage a team of 20 chef de Rang and Commis waiters.

The restaurant has recently been refurbished and is one of the most well known in the City, its clientel include alot of business people. It has a reputation for flamboyance and style and has a talented chef who cooks some quality seasonal cuisine. The restaurant is only open Monday to Friday therefore you will have every Saturday and Sunday off to relax and enjoy
