Receptionist/Administrator
Our client is looking for a polished Receptionist to work in their West End office.
The role is ideal for a second jobber (or a first jobber with some office experience) who wants to gain experience within a smart, energetic company.
As well as reception duties, which will include: meeting and greeting, phone answering, booking meeting rooms & couriers. You will also be involved with varied administrative duties – assisting the CEO’s PA, providing support to the finance team, travel arrangements, ordering stationery, postal duties, and keeping a log of all holiday and sick leave.
Suitable candidates will be: educated to a minimum of A Level standard, well spoken and presented, highly organised, excellent communication & numeracy skills and a minimum of 6mths reception/admin experience.
