Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands-on Portal Infranet experience, communication skills and should be a great team player and demonstrate team management leadership skills.
Secure resource commitments from required teams.
Lead cross-functional project teams to implement changes in the billing system.
Develop and maintain project objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
Facilitate development, testing, requirement gathering project meetings, and ensure that action items are assigned and tracked.
Manage project activities to meet project objectives, including contingency planning and deployment.
Manage change control and business requirement gathering process.
Provide updated project status and escalation to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Develop strong working relationship with assigned internal departments.
Participate or lead the weekly cross-functional Team meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required: 2+ years of project management experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or Program Manager , including structured methodology and MS Project, UML Modeling expertise.
Strong working knowledge of applicable technology including, Wireless Technology, Billing Systems, Portal Infranet .
Required: Knowledge of Portal Infranet Billing Systems for the cellular industry.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, planning skills and technical depth.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior executives and vendors.
Strong customer focus and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven ability to work in fast paced, self directed environment.
Ability to prioritize.
