Executive Head Chef - Exclusive Contract Caterer

This large catering operation based across 2 sites in West London is currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Chef to actively oversee the entire catering for up to 3500 covers daily. There are 2 staff restaurants on site serving a variety of hot & cold meals; each restaurant has a deli bar concept, a retail area, a salad bar and a hot food service area. The site is heavily subsidized and everything is produced from fresh ingredients.

You will have experience running a large operation either in contract catering or large, quality hotels. You will be leading a team of up to 35 chefs based over 2 main kitchens. The food offering is a mix of healthy home cooking from around the world with an emphasis on variety and creativity. There is also some hospitality offered although the main focus is on the 2 restaurants.
