Our client is a sofisticated gastro pub company with over 14 pubs across London. They are currently searching for a Head chef for one of thier modern gastro pubs. They have a good reputation for the quality of their food and the service they offer to their customers.
They are currently serving a modern british menu, and would like to retain a similar style but with the a new chefs character and influence. They use only fresh ingredients and serve approx 100 covers per day during the week, and 200 cover a day at weekends.
You should have good cooking and management skills, with the ability to write menus, food costing, rotas and stock control. We want a chef with passion, desire and who wishs to build on their already flourishing career.
