We ar currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the team of this quality British Gastro Pub based in Batersea. This modern and trendy gastro pub has a good reputation for the quality of their food and the service they offer to their customers. It is part of a group of trendy pubs which are based throughout London.
They are currently serving a modern british menu, and would like to retain a similar style but with the a new chefs character and influence. They use only fresh ingredients and serve approx 100 covers per day during the week, and 200 cover a day at weekends.
You should have good cooking and management skills, with the ability to write menus, food costing, rotas and stock control. We want a chef with passion, desire and who wishs to build on their already flourishing career.
