One of the most exclusive 5* hotels in London is currently looking for a Baker/Pastry Chef to create and develop the Danish pasty kitchen
You will be working from 11pm till 7am, 5 days per week. You will be making Danish Pastries, Brioche, Croissants, Pain au chocolate, Pain au Raisin etc but you will not be baking any bread unless specially requested.
All applicants will have a solid bakery or patisserie background and have the ability to lead a small team within a production environment
