Chef de Partie - Fine Food Gastro Pub

We are currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to assist in a team of 5 chefs within this quality British Gastro Pub. This modern and trendy gastro pub has a good reputation for the quality of their food and the service they offer to their customers. It is part of a group of trendy pubs which are based throughout London.

They are currently serving a modern british menu, and would like to retain a similar style but with influences from the entire team. They use only fresh ingredients and serve approx 100 covers per day during the week, and 200 cover a day at weekends.

You should have good cooking and management skills, with the ability to think on your feet and interact within a small team. We want a chef with passion, desire and who wishs to build on their already flourishing career.
