Our client is a medium sized contract catering company who are currently running a law firm in the city of London. We are searching for an experienced Chef de Partie who has been working within a quality restaurant or directors dining
You will be expected to produce a regular 3 course menu for a selection of partners, a partners buffet on Fridays, bowl food, some sandwiches and canape's.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 7.30am til 4pm any extra hours worked will be paid at overtime rate.
