Sous chef required for a modern gastro pub. They have a good reputation for the quality of food they serve, and are now looking for a sous chef to bring some life back into the menu and kitchen.
They are currently serving a modern british menu, and would like to retain a similar style but with the new chefs character and influence. They use only fresh ingredients and serve approx 100 covers per day during the week, and 200 at weekends.
You should have good cooking and management skills, with the ability to write menus, food costing, rotas and stock control. They are looking for chef with passion, desire and who wish to build careers.
