This is a first class opportunity for a graduate accountancy recruiter who has worked with one of the established London players to make the transition from mid-level largely contingency based recruitment into executive search. Our client is a well-classed search organisation with an established reputation built over many decades and a strong profile within the Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director marketplace. Your role will be to back a successful team of consultants by providing a candidate resourcing service through the identification/qualification/appraisal of senior level finance personnel. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain the benefit of our clients comprehensive and on-going training programme and also to enjoy medium term prospect into a consultancy role.
