Reception Manager required for Blue Chip corporation to take care of the front of house service plus meeting room bookings.
The role will be to oversee a team of 13 receptionists manning 3 buildings to include front desk reception duites and the booking of meeting rooms for the internal clients.
You will need to have strong man management skills to include experience in carrying out one to one reviews, appraisals etc..
Ideally you will have a quality hotel background with a great career history in terms of length of stay in previous roles. Customer service and delivering high standards are ket in this position so it is important that you have the ability to influence your team members to ensure a quality service is delivered at all times.
The position is Monday - Friday day time hours only.
